3rd Annual Aches Pains and Automobiles/Rolling with the Village Men’s Health Fair

Village of Healing is excited to host its 3rd annual Aches Pains and Automobiles/Rolling with the Village Men’s Health Fair on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Migs Pla Mor Skating Rink, 22466 Shore Center Dr. Euclid, Ohio 44123 from 11am until 4pm.

This event is dedicated to promoting preventative care and community wellness. Recognizing that men often put off important health screenings, this fair is designed to make health a priority while creating a family-friendly atmosphere where everyone can participate.

The Men’s Health Fair will offer a wide range of free screenings, including blood pressure checks, prostate cancer screenings, and other vital tests. These services are essential in preventing potential health concerns early, when they are most treatable.

In addition to health resources, the event will be a true community celebration. Children accompanied by parents will enjoy free skating along with hot dogs and chips for lunch. Families can also take part in the excitement of a community classic car show, where everyone will have the chance to vote for their favorite entry.

By combining wellness with family fun, the Men’s Health Fair reflects the commitment of Village of Healing to eliminate health disparities and encourage healthier lifestyles in the community.

This unique event provides men with the opportunity to take charge of their health in an environment that is welcoming, supportive, and engaging for the whole family.

Join The Village of Healing Center for our Village of Healing After Work Headshot Benefit, an opportunity to refresh your professional image while supporting a meaningful cause in the community. Whether you’re updating your LinkedIn profile, business branding, resume, or social media presence, this event is designed to help you put your best face forward.

For a $75 donation, participants will receive one professional headshot session and five professionally edited images by Brian K. Artisan Photography. Final edited headshots will be delivered to the email address submitted at the time of donation.

A Discussion with Melody Chu, Author of Mathey Girls, on Her Novel and Raising Maternal Health Awareness in Cleveland.

Melody Chu, author of “Mathey Girls”, is inviting you to a conversation at the Cleveland Public Library on raising maternal health awareness in Cleveland.

In discussion Dr. Susan Lasch, OB/GYN at University Hospitals, Dr. Steve Porter, OB/GYN at University Hospitals and CEO of riskLD, Inc., and Dána M. Langford, M.S., APRN-CNM, FACNM, Founder & CEO of Village of Healing.

Melody is honored to bring Dána’s perspective to the table. Dána is a Certified Nurse Midwife and influential community health advocate. “Dána is building culturally sensitive, holistic, and community-centered models of care in Cleveland, and together with Dr. Lasch and Dr. Porter, I am expecting a very powerful conversation,” Melody says.

Melody highlights the emotional and cultural facets of maternity, loss, and healing, based on her personal experience and as reflected in her novel.

Hear her thoughts on identity, storytelling, and how we can raise maternal health awareness in Cleveland throughout the community. Books will be available for purchase.
