We’re excited to celebrate a major milestone in our journey toward health equity!

Better Health Pathways HUB recognized Village of Healing for five years of partnership as a care coordination agency. This partnership is a great example of connecting families to the care, resources, and support they deserve.

This is also a testament of what happens when organizations come together to tackle systemic barriers and create real change in our communities.

A special congratulations to our incredible team members, Jacquelyn Bradshaw and Sharon Sullivan, for their leadership and dedication to improving lives across Northeast Ohio. Their work continues to make a lasting impact every single day!

Village of Healing (VOH) is a 501c3 community development organization with a new approach to community wellness. By focusing on healing and empowering individuals in the village, we work to eliminate social determinants of health and decrease health disparities through implementing community programming, advocacy, and collaboration.
